Sea Catcher

Sea Catcher is an ocean fishing and survival game. You begin on a board with a net in the middle of the sea and build outward from there. It suits players who like slow, steady growth more than quick reflexes.

Row 1Step by step

You start with a plank and a net, surrounded by open water. Floating rubbish and sea creatures drift past, and clicking or tapping lets you catch them. Move around with WASD or the arrow keys to reach what is floating nearby.

What you catch pays for the raft. You build it out and swap in better tools, and Poki notes that a bigger raft means a bigger haul. So the loop is simple: catch, build, catch more.

Row 2Habits that help
  • Move first, then catch: a net is only useful once the catch is within reach.

  • Treat the raft as the goal. Poki says a larger raft brings a larger catch, so early building pays back.

  • Upgrade tools when you can; Poki lists better tools as part of the loop.

  • On a phone or tablet, tapping replaces the click, so the same rhythm works there.

Row 3Worth opening if · snags to expect

Players who enjoy building up a small base and watching it grow, and who are fine with a calm pace.

Snags to expect

  • Poki may show ads around the game; that comes from Poki, not from this site.

  • The loop repeats by design, so it rewards patience over variety.

  • Poki's page does not describe an ending, so plan on playing in short sittings.
